Accelerators, used to promote vulcanization, enhance rubber's physical (e.g., tensile strength) and chemical (e.g., resistance to chemicals and temperature) properties. They are categorized as inorganic or organic. Though used in small amounts, accelerators significantly impact vulcanized rubber's strength, durability, and processing efficiency, making their correct selection and dosage essential for optimal rubber product performance. |

Products scientific
:
Trimethylthiourea
Applicable products :
NR(Natural Rubber), IR(Isoprene Rubber), BR(Butadiene Rubber), SBR(Styrene-Butadiene Rubber), NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), CR(Chloroprene Rubber), CO(Chlorinated Olefin), ECO(Epichlorohydrin Rubber), CM(Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene)
Function & features :
In CR, the risk of scorch is significantly reduced compared to ethylene thiourea, especially when used as a sole vulcanization accelerator.
The vulcanized product generated has excellent oil resistance and low compression set.
Scope of application:
For CR, the usage amount is 0.3-1.0 phr, and for CO, ECO, and CM, the usage amount is 1.0-3.0 phr.
