Rubber/Plastic
*Accelerant

Accelerator is a substance that acts to promote the vulcanization. In rubber formulations is mainly used to accelerate the vulcanization reaction and enhance the physical properties of the rubber (tensile strength, elongation, ...), and chemical properties (resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, high temperature ...). Can be broadly divided into inorganic and organic accelerators  two categories.

Because sulfur accelerator is added to rubber compound allows it to accelerate the cure rate and shorten the curing time and increase productivity. Thus, although the amount of sulfur in the whole rubber accelerators share recipes rate is very low, but the after effects of the physical properties of the ingredients, but a great bridge, so, accelerator can change the tensile strength of the vulcanized rubber, elongation strength rebound resistance, aging resistance, and processing characteristics such as charred  tendencies and cure rates and so on. Anyway, the impact of the proper type and amount of accelerator for rubber products for the correct selection is an important self-evident!

TET
Products scientific
Tetraethylthiuramdisulfide
Applicable products :
natural rubber (NR). Isoprene rubber (IR). Butadiene rubber (BR). Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR). Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR). Butyl rubber (IIR). Ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM)
Function & features :
as an accelerant performance is almost the same as TT-P, but because the nature and spits creams little charred, very good use. Usage is subject to TT-P. Curing agent are the same and TT-P. If you want to have the same effect and use TT-P, you must increase the dosage of 12%. When used in LaTeX is stronger than TT-P effect. Used in the CR is as a reducing agent (Retarder). For sulfur-modified CR can also be plastic solutions agent. (TET for powdered products)
Scope of application:
rubber manufacturing
